Sticky Golf
What can I do about a sticker mark left behind after taking the sizing sticker off my sweater?
I just got a nice Greg Normal Play Dry golf sweater from TJ Maxx for way cheap and I took the size sticker strip off and it left behind a mark from the entire area of the strip. It isn't actual paper or plastic, it is the actual sticky part of the sticker. What's there isn't "thick" or anything, you can just see where it is and feel it a little. It is 100% cotton, but must be real nice quality because it's a very soft/smooth material. Any ideas as to how I can remove this?
Go ahead and wash it on a normal wash cycle (warm water if instructions allow) and when you take it out, don't put it in the dryer right away. Instead, get it while it's still damp and just carefully pick off any sticky stuff that's left. Most of it will probably come off in the wash cycle anyway. Then go ahead and dry, and there ya go.
