13 Wrap Club
Am I healthy for age? Cause I compare myself and dont feel like it?
My Facts: 140lb 13-y-o 5'2
breakfast- glass of tea and maybe a granola bar
snacks- usually just a plain old totilla wrap w/o food inside
lunch- chopped peaches and a ham and mustard sandwhich
dinner- some form of meat or a big bowl of cheese or a big bowl of chocolate cheerios
I am on the running club (hour every monday and wednesday)
Trying out for basketball
I just feel fat compared to everyone else
sorry the question is so boring
Your diet does not seem very balanced. Why would you only eat a tortilla and a granola car for breakfast/lunch?? Your body usually stores food when you do not eat enough because it isn't sure when you will eat next. The trick is to always eat until you are satisfied, but not full.
You eat a big bowl of cheese? Who does that?!? Hahah
That is probably a little overweight, but not bad. I am 5'7" and would be overweight if I weighed 150 (which I weigh 140 as well) You can calculate it with a weight calculator if you just google it and it will tell you
LOOK UP GOOD DIETS! (Not like weight loss diets, but just being-healthy and not eaating cheese for dinner diets)
